Paul Balasundaram is a graduate in Geology from Hyderabad. He has worked in pharmaceutical sales and marketing for 31 years. Paul set up India’s first dedicated women’s health care organization in 1998 and led it for 4 years until 2002. He resigned his job in April of 2002 in response to God’s call to him to enter full-time ministry. After attending the HI international seminar in Singapore in April 2002, he joined HI – India as Western Regional Director in June 2002. In December 2003, he was invited by the Executive Committee of the National Board of Haggai Institute- India to succeed Mr. Valentine Davidar as Executive Director in April 2004. Paul’s wife Kamini is a trained teacher and his daughter- Supriya is a graphic designer working in Mumbai. Paul’s passion is to see every local church as a strong and vibrant witnessing community
